Opinion

The impulse to create stems from the desire to respond to the avalanche of questions that overwhelm me and from the need to establish a bridge between my inner universe and the surrounding world: a privileged way of giving expression to and graphically recording an emotion, an experience, a vision, or a feeling.

Opinion

Personally, I consider myself passionate, capricious, undisciplined, confused, seasonal, manifesting a touch of nostalgia for academism, openly attached to modernism, constantly searching for techniques, chromatic solutions, and perspectives, seduced by surrealism, with an obvious note of “action painting,” mystical, evocative, and troubled, with symbolic and emblematic references, probing the psychology of characters and the mysteries of nature. In my works, the boundary between the real and the imaginary represents a nebulous area through which transitions are most often made clandestinely.
