    • LIAL is an interprofessional association that serves its customers and members, milk producers, dairies, milk controls and restaurants, providing analysis results for their commercial transactions.

    It also plays an important role in "food safety" by screening for the main pathogens, inhibitors and diseases that are known to be contagious on dairy cattle herds.

    LIAL accompanies all professionals of the food industry in the context of self-monitoring and regulatory follow-up.

    LIAL Database Administration software

    The laboratory manages the analysis of milk that is delivered to cheese producers. Test results are stored in a Microsoft Access Database . Administrators configure database users and access rights. The database also stores the Milk Producers details with their associated Cheese Industry, public and private organizations.
